Hello. It\u2019s time for me to say it.
I may not get the chance to work with everybody,

Just wanted to say thanks for everything. Sorry for the mistakes I\u2019ve made during my residence in XM. It\u2019s a pity not to get to extend my stay and help out a bit more. It was not necessarily my decision at first, but when I heard that we have to leave early as the company won\u2019t pay us so then it\u2019s been decided.<\/p>
The company decided not to pay my leave balance \u2013 it\u2019s been forfeited or something. It\u2019s ok with me as they promised to pay me until the end of this month. But suddenly I heard that they\u2019re gonna pay until the 24th, that\u2019s my last day. So that\u2019s it. I don\u2019t want to make things worse, so I just leave. One thing that bothers me, they’re not suppose to promise one thing and then at the end they say differently. Plus, it seems like they really don\u2019t appreciate what I\u2019ve done for the company. It’s ok I guess. Now, I never regret it when I decided to leave anymore.<\/p>
I just don\u2019t want it to happen to anyone else. You are a good team leader sir, but can still be better. Just take good care of the team. They are working harder than you think. I don\u2019t mind if you just wanted to ignore my email, as I\u2019m not in a position to say anything, I just wanted to clear everything off my mind and leave peacefully\u00a0<\/p>
Anyways, I have enjoyed my tenure here and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me during my time there. Even though I will miss my colleagues and the company, I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career.<\/p>
