Translator\u2019s Notes: I don\u2019t really know if hitomi no jyuunin is a phrase or an oft used expression but it didn\u2019t come up in my dictionary and the only hits on google it gets are L\u2019arc related. It dcoesn\u2019t translate quite as prettily into English. Literally it would be \u201cInhabitor of Your Eyes\u201d. I think, \u201cIn your Eyes\u201d is descriptive enough.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
