I may not get the chance to work with everybody,

some say i shouldn’t wrote like that. the reason for, they might offer me to work there again one day. who knows? yea i don’t know. they don’t either.
but why should i join in again if its the same management that i’m trying to avoid this time? my point for being harsh is that nobody dares to open their eyes? maybe they will change, maybe not. one can only try. they shoot out proper farewell letter and those bastards think that nothing was wrong. oops. mind my language :phew:

Hiya Stuart,
Just wanted to say thanks for everything. Sorry for the mistakes I’ve made during my residence in XM. It’s a pity not to get to extend my stay and help out a bit more. It was not necessarily my decision at first, but when I heard that we have to leave early as the company won’t pay us so then it’s been decided.
The company decided not to pay my leave balance – it’s been forfeited or something. It’s ok with me as they promised to pay me until the end of this month. But suddenly I heard that they’re gonna pay until the 24th, that’s my last day. So that’s it. I don’t want to make things worse, so I just leave. One thing that bothers me, they’re not suppose to promise one thing and then at the end they say differently. Plus, it seems like they really don’t appreciate what I’ve done for the company. It’s ok I guess. Now, I never regret it when I decided to leave anymore.
I just don’t want it to happen to anyone else. You are a good team leader sir, but can still be better. Just take good care of the team. They are working harder than you think. I don’t mind if you just wanted to ignore my email, as I’m not in a position to say anything, I just wanted to clear everything off my mind and leave peacefully
Anyways, I have enjoyed my tenure here and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me during my time there. Even though I will miss my colleagues and the company, I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career.
