Translator’s Notes: I don’t really know if hitomi no jyuunin is a phrase or an oft used expression but it didn’t come up in my dictionary and the only hits on google it gets are L’arc related. It dcoesn’t translate quite as prettily into English. Literally it would be “Inhabitor of Your Eyes”. I think, “In your Eyes” is descriptive enough.
